We provide music coaching sessions, workshops, and other related services. Our Services may be delivered in person or online, depending on the arrangement.
Products include video lessons, assignments, practice plans, and documents. All Products should be considered protected as intellectual property.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking: To book a session, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.
Payment: Payment for our Services and Products must be made in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for deposits or payments made for our Services. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure our commitment to you and to manage our schedule effectively. We do not offer refunds for our Products due to their digital nature.
Cancellation: Cancelled appointments may not alter the total length of your program or subscription. We will attempt in good faith to reschedule a cancelled session but do not guarantee a reschedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
Participation: You are expected to actively participate in the coaching sessions and complete any assignments or practice exercises as instructed.
Conduct: You must conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner during all interactions with our coaches, staff, and clients.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during our coaching sessions or within our Products, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Michael Hudson-Casanova. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of our Services or Products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
